Worry that shrinks the week
Sleep goes first, then plans, then the errands that used to be easy. The session names which part is loudest.
Old Washington, Ohio
Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center sees adults at 227 Old National Rd. You leave a number, pick a visit length, and the office calls you back.
What the hour is for
Most common
Sleep goes first, then plans, then the errands that used to be easy. The session names which part is loudest.
Grief that does not match a calendar. We start with what the week actually looks like.
The same argument, told twice. The work is to get both versions on the table.
The shift ends and the tension does not. We mark where the day is still running.
The practice
Amanda McGlumphy keeps the appointment book for Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center, LLC. The office is one address in Old Washington, not a hospital wing.
You get a counseling conversation and one next step you can repeat during the week. Nothing here is a lecture.
How a visit starts
No portal. No packet in the mail. A number, a length, a call back.
The contact page asks for a phone number and nothing else. The office uses it to call you.
Initial evaluation is 45 minutes. A follow-up is 30. A telehealth consult is 20.
The session ends with a single action you can do before the next time, not a stack of advice.
A paced week
This is the office’s own sequence, not a client story. It shows how the days are spaced after you leave a number.
Day of the call
You hear which slot is open: 45 minutes in the room, 30 for a return, or 20 on video if the drive is the blocker.
You arrive at 227 Old National Rd, or you open the video link. The hour ends with one action written down.
There is no packet. If you want another visit, you call 740-825-2648 or use the same phone form.

Leave it on the contact page. Amanda’s office calls back.
